All products ordered from JEWELRY PLATFORM are carefully prepared for shipping. Every order you make is considered an act of love. That’s why the gift you pick for your loved one or for yourself is thoroughly checked before shipping to provide the best quality. All gifts from JEWELRY PLATFORM are hand wrapped with love and care by one member of our team. Your gift arrives in beautiful silver box because we believe that the beautiful wrapping has to come together with beautiful jewelry.

Orders

Orders are usually shipped within two working days. In case you order an item which is not immediately available, we will contact you and inform you about the time we will need to ship your order. If you have any questions about your order please contact us on e-mail: orders@jewelryplatform.com and don’t forget to attach the number of your order.

Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order, in case you are not, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of your order’s pick up. First step for returning the jewelry: contact us on e-mail info@jewelryplatform.com  and specify which product you want to return. The jewelry must contain all tags, receipt and vendor packaging and has to be not worn and in the same condition as you received it. We cannot accept used product unless it has some defect. For more information please see our repair policy. JEWELRY PLATFORM reserves the right to charge you some part or the whole price for any product that is returned used or in damaged condition. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use the original wrapping and the return form provided with your order.

When we receive a return package, you will be given your money back, or you can choose a credit note. Exchanging the goods for different style is also an option. Please feel free to contact us on info@jewelryplatform.com when you have any questions about our return policy.

Repair policy

Our products come with standard 6 months guarantee, specially labelled items come with a lifetime guarantee. We will repair any jewelry purchased through www.jewelryplatform.com. Repairs after less than 6 month after purchase are FREE.
Products after more than 6 months are repaired under a fee. This fee depends on the nature of product and the damage.
We may not be able to repair certain products so in this case we will send you the same brand new product. In case we don’t have the same product available or we sell it no longer, you will receive the refund in credit note.

Product care

Each piece of jewelry bought from www.jewelryplatform.com is a delicate piece of art and demands delicate handling to serve you the best and for long time. Please follow next easy steps to protect your jewelry and let it be eye-catching for a long time. Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft piece of fabric and store in a jewelry box after each wear. Our products should not come in contact with water and sharp objects in order to prevent its damage.
